With 23 years of experience in the field, Will has served in various capacities, including as a dedicated classroom teacher, a dynamic site administrator, and a forward-thinking county office administrator.
Currently, as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Support at the Shasta County Office of Education, Will plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing educational strategies to promote school safety, PBIS implementation, and administrative support. His commitment to fostering a culture of learning is reflected in his innovative approaches to curriculum support, teacher training, and educational leadership.
