Educational leadership is demanding, and chronic stress can lead to fatigue, reactivity, and burnout. This experiential session explores how stress shapes the nervous system and leadership presence, and how intentional regulation and stress resilience practices can build sustainable, heart-centered leadership capacity and greater impact. Participants will experience grounding, reflection, connection, and breathwork to reset the nervous system, and walk away with practical ongoing stress resilience habits to easily integrate into full days. With a mix of self- and collective care, this session will support leaders in sustaining their impact without sacrificing their health and well-being.
