This workshop helps K–12 educators explore the emotional demands of servant leadership and the toll self-sacrifice can take on well-being. Through storytelling, reflection, and small-group dialogue, participants identify personal warning signs of imbalance and examine how stress, guilt, and dissonance show up in their work. The session introduces practical strategies like setting boundaries, reclaiming personal time, pursuing meaningful professional development, and practicing self-forgiveness. Educators leave with a personalized Restoration Plan to sustain their service without sacrificing their health, joy, or relationships.
