Participants will experience grounding, reflection, connection, and breathwork to reset the nervous system, and walk away with practical ongoing stress resilience habits to easily integrate into full days. With a mix of self- and collective care, this session will support leaders in sustaining their impact without sacrificing their health and well-being.
